In May 2017, HCRT successfully won the bid for the "Equipment and Material Procurement Project for Power Distribution Network Renovation of Key Power Supply Guarantee Sites for the 70th Anniversary Celebration of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region" organized by the Hohhot Power Supply Bureau of Inner Mongolia Electric Power (Group) Co., Ltd.
Our equipment was deployed across ten crucial power supply guarantee locations, including: Xincheng Hotel power distribution renovation, Hohhot Municipal Party Committee Building, Autonomous Region Party and Government Center, Inner Mongolia New Gymnasium, Inner Mongolia Party Committee Building, Inner Mongolia Museum, Ulanqab Grand Theater, Nationalities Performing Arts Center, Science and Technology Museum, and Dazhao Square.
During the anniversary celebrations, HCRT dispatched specialized technical engineers to be on-site standby, working alongside the Hohhot Power Supply Bureau to ensure uninterrupted power supply. We upheld our solemn commitment to "zero equipment defects, zero work errors, zero power grid flickers, and zero service complaints" during this critical period, successfully concluding the power supply guarantee work for the 70th anniversary of the Autonomous Region's establishment.
To date, the equipment has been energized for over 1000 days, operating smoothly without any complaints or negative feedback, demonstrating its stable performance.
In September 2019, HCRT was awarded the bid for the "State Grid Beijing Electric Power Company 2019 Three Supplies and One Industry Project Material Agreement Inventory Bidding and Procurement" organized by State Grid Beijing Electric Power Company.
This project involved the renovation of old residential areas, utilizing an integrated installation with a Jinbang board enclosure, measuring up to 9000mm (length) * 3500mm (width) * 3900mm (height). The design featured an aesthetically pleasing appearance with anti-collision, fireproof, and rainproof properties.
The high-voltage section adopted environmentally friendly gas-insulated switchgear, while the low-voltage section utilized the GFB2 structure specified by the Beijing Electric Power Company, equipped with joint venture low-voltage switches and distribution transformer monitoring terminals.
The equipment integrated a complete set of intelligent devices, including a distributed DTU, fire extinguishing system, water leakage alarm system, environmental monitoring system, and intelligent ventilation system. Independent detection, control, and protection units allowed for the integration of the entire substation's monitoring and control within a single unit cabinet, significantly enhancing the stability, safety, and reliability of the equipment.
Currently, some of the equipment has been connected to the power supply bureau's background system and is operating successfully.
Since 2018, HCRT has established a strategic partnership with China Metallurgical Saidi Group.
We provide high-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchgear, ring main units, and other equipment for their steelmaking and metallurgy projects across the country. Key collaborative projects include: Fengnan Iron and Steel Base Steelmaking Project, Cangzhou Zhongtie Steelmaking Converter System Renovation Project, Taihang Iron and Steel Relocation Blast Furnace, Jiangsu Xugang Phase III Steelmaking Continuous Casting Project, and Chongqing Iron and Steel No. 7 Billet Continuous Casting Machine Electrical Project.
The low-voltage distribution cabinets provided operate at AC 50Hz with a rated voltage of 380V, serving for power conversion and control of power, lighting, and distribution. These products feature strong breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme design, convenient combination, strong series and practicality, and novel structure. Unlike traditional power distribution rooms and prefabricated substations, these steel projects include MCC control cabinets, frequency conversion cabinets, relay cabinets, operation boxes, and grounding protection boxes, forming a complete power distribution and monitoring system. This comprehensive project fully tested our company's overall strength from pre-sales, technical support, production, and after-sales service. Ultimately, our company successfully completed the energization of the products.
In September 2020, HCRT was honored to become a supplier of power distribution equipment for the Zhangjiakou Winter Olympics supporting facilities. We primarily provided intelligent fusion terminals, integrated primary and secondary pole-mounted circuit breakers, prefabricated substations, energy metering boxes, cable distribution boxes, and video monitoring systems for 10kV and below power distribution systems.
Among these, the intelligent fusion terminals were installed near distribution transformers in pole-mounted substations and distribution rooms, providing customers with a comprehensive low-voltage intelligent power distribution IoT construction solution.
